New School

So I am half way through my first week of college at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Do I feel out of place? A bit but I know this is for the best. I doubt it somtimes but I know that my classes up at Bloomsburg were just not going to cut it for me. That doesn't mean though that I am not going to miss Bloom. I have the love of my life down there and a good group of friends. I will miss them both a very good amount.

Living on my own though is nice. I have a feeling Sam and I are going to get along fine. Who can't get along with Sam. He is very easy going. It is a bit odd though having to make your own food. I am so use to either being at home and having food made for me or going to the caf. and having food made for me. I am sure I will get use to it but like all things it will take some time.

I am planning on going home this weekend. Friday I am going to Bloom to see Ashley and then on Sat. go home to Selinsgrove to see Justin, Trent, Ian, and who ever else is still at home.

Hope you all have a good rest of your week.

Weekend

I had a very fun filled weekend.

Friday after I got home from work I got some chinese food the Justin, Ashley Line, Trent, Sam, Cassie, and Matt. Chinese food is always a good time. After Chinese food I went to my house to change so I could head over to Trent's for a camp fire. Those plans fell through so instead Sam, Bret, Trent, and I went to the train bridge in Selinsgrove to hang out. We walked across the train bridge which went across the river. I'm not going to lie I was a bit scared since all we had to walk on were the wooden pieces inwhich the rails were attached to. In between each of these pieces of wood was nothing but a view of what seemed to me to be a very long drop to the river. It was sad because all I was doing the entire time was watching my footing so that I wouldn't fall instead of looking at the beauty of the night reflecting off of the river. All in all it was a fun time and I faced my fear of walking across that bridge.

Sat. I went to Knoebels with Ashley Graybill, Justin, Zoomey, Sam, Bret, Cassie, Maggie, Maggie's cousin (don't remember her name), Amanda Jones, Amanda's friend, and the 13 year old. It was a good time didn't really ride on that many rides but I know Ashley and I had a good time.

Sat. Night I went with Justin to go play ultimate frisbee and volley ball with a bible study group that he goes to. Met some new people and saw some people I already knew. They were a very nice group of people and it was very nice to actually play ultimate frisbee on the grass instead of playing on concrete.

After hanging out with the Bible study group Justin and I went over to Trent's house for a camp fire and relaxation.

Sunday I just hung around the house and got some much needed rest and relaxation. It was a nice ending to the weekend.

T.G.I.F

I have had a very tiresome week. Nothing major has happen this week that could have made me tired besides waking up at 6 am to go to my internship. Speaking of my internship I told my boss Mike that my last official day of working in Harrisburg will be either July 4th or 5th depending on whether the budget is passed by that time. I think I will miss working but at the same time it will be nice to have my old life back where I can actually get some sleep and hang out as late as I want with my friends. I really do miss both of those but I miss hanging out late with  my friends the most.

I am not quite sure what I am doing tonight. I suspect the usual place to be but we shall see how things unfold. It was nice I got to hang out with Justin Bogar, Jeff Kunkel, and Aislin ( sorry if I murdered the spelling!)this week and caught up with them. I haven't talked to or hung out with them in a very long time so it was a good time.

Well I hope you all have a good weekend!

Hey everyone,

Well I have a had a very interesting weekend to say the least. In case no one heard my Dad had a gun pulled on him when he was on a business trip in Philly all because he was trying to be nice to some kid that needed a light for his cigarette. The kid proceeded then in taking 40 to 50 bucks from my dad and then punched him in the face. Its safe to say that I was not happy at all and I would love to go down to Philly and chop this kids nuts off. It just really makes me angry that someone would take advantage of someone that was just trying to be nice to them. Although my Dad lost 50 bucks and got punched in the face I am very thankful that nothing else happened to him. I couldn't imagine getting a call from my mom on friday saying your father has been shot.

Also this weekend my Grandfather who is 92 took a turn for the worse. He has suffered from Dementia for many years now but this weekend he has completely stopped talking. Before he would talk but what he would say wouldn't make sense but now all he does is lay in bed and moan and sleep. To make things worse he not only lays there and moans but every so often he starts tensing up and yelling and acting like he is in extreme pain and rubs his stomach area. We thought that maybe he has a UTI infection but last night we found out that his Kidneys are not functioning properly so that may be the source in which the pain is comming from. There is no way to tell though since he cannot speak and say whats hurting him. I can accept that he is old and has lived a long life but seeing him in pain is almost unbearable. This whole situation is very hard on us but especially on my Mom.

To end things on a good night I had fun on Friday with everyone at the place to be and going to Chris's house for Cookiepalooza. Sat. I got to hang out with Ashley and  went to The Fence for lunch. We also saw Surfs Up which was a very cute movie. We then hung out with Ian, Justin, and Tristan at apple bee's and watched a movie at Justin's.

Father's day was good my brother, my Dad, and I went hiking at weikert. We then went and saw Oceans 13 with Big Jon and little Jon which is always and good time.
